No. Whether or not you're personally a borrower, you still have friends who could benefit from a CommonBond loan.

When/how will I get paid?
When you refer a friend for refinancing we'll send you $200 via PayPal 1 to 3 weeks after your friend signs all of their final documents.
When you refer a friend for a new student loan we'll send you $200 via PayPal 1 to 3 weeks after your friend's loan is disbursed to their school.
Are there tax implications?
If six or more of the friends you refer are approved for CommonBond loans (wouldn't that be great!?), we'll send you a 1099-MISC form to use when filing your taxes.
How will you know that my friend applied due to my referral?
When you enter your email we generate a unique link that is tied back to you.
If I refer someone and their loan does not get approved, will I find out?
No. CommonBond respects the privacy of our community members. You will not be notified when someone applies using your link - only when a loan is disbursed.
